Senior Partner
Nana Boakye is a Senior Partner at OK & AP. He specialises in business law and dispute resolution. Prior to co-founding OK & AP, Nana Boakye worked at the law firm Minkah-Premo & Co. for more than seven (7) years where his role included the setting up and structuring of international businesses in Ghana, corporate and commercial transactions, estate planning and management, legal auditing and dispute resolution. He has advised several leading international and local companies across diverse business sectors on Ghanaian law and multi-jurisdictional disputes. Nana has represented individual and corporate clients before all levels of trial and appellate courts and other dispute resolution fora in Ghana.
